| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The premises is within the commercial area of Eston and has permission for use as a hot food takeaway. Whilst noting the concerns regarding parking, it is not considered that the proposal will alter the existing situation to an acceptable degree. The proposed shop fronts are acceptable in this location. The proposal accords with Policies GEN1 and GEN2 of the Council's adopted Local Plan. |
