| 3 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within the Skelton Conservation Area. Redevelopment of the area will significantly enhance the appearance of this section of the Conservation Area which has been marred by the largely vacant site for a number of years. The existing buildings on the site are of no architectural merit. The proposal therefore accords with Policy GEN12 of the Council's adopted Local Plan. |
