| 3 | REASON: The advertisements constitute an unduly obtrusive feature within the street scene and are considered to be detrimental to the appearance of the buildings and its forecourt where they are displayed and the street scene. Therefore the signs are contrary to Policy ENV19 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan (1999). |
| 4 | It is considered that the other signage is acceptable and should be APPROVED subject to standard conditions and luminance not exceeding 800cd/m2. |
