# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed garage due to its size, siting and location would be poorly related to the existing built environment and appear unduly obtrusive to the detriment of the appearance of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 (2) The proposed garage access is proposed on the radii of the junction and its use would prejudice highway safety. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policy GEN1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
