| 6 | (6) Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby approved, boundary walls/fences shall be erected in accordance with a scheme that has first been agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The means of enclosure shall thereafter be maintained. REASON: In the interests of visual and residential amenity. |
