# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The premises shall not be used for any purposes other than a purpose within Class A1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or an equivalent provision to the Class in any Statutory Instrument revoking or re-enacting that Order. REASON: The Local Planning Authority would wish to give further consideration to other uses within the specified Class(es) in the location.
3 (3) The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed, or last employed in the locality in agriculture as defined in Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or in Forestry, or a dependant of such a person. REASON: The Local Planning Authority would not be prepared to permit the erection of a dwelling on the site unconnected with the use of the land for agriculture or forestry and the condition is imposed to ensure that the development complies with National and Local Planning Policies for the protection of the countryside.
4 (4) The premises shall be closed and vacated before 09:00 and after 23:30 on any day. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of residential properties in the locality.
