| 1 | (1) The proposed fence would, due to its size and location, represent an unduly obtrusive feature detrimental to the appearance of the street scene. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policy GEN 1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999. |
| 2 | (2) The proposed garage due to its proposed siting and the prominent location of the application site would represent an unduly prominent feature that would be detrimental to the appearance of the locality. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN 1 and H 10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999. |
| 3 | (3) The plans are incomplete in that there is no block plan that shows the development in relation to its site boundaries and the relationship with adjacent dwellings. Due to the incompleteness of the plans they do not show the impact upon all the trees or the provision of adequate visibility from the drive. |
| 4 | NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision. |
