Conditions table
# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed garage, due to its size, siting and location would be poorly related to the existing built environment and appear unduly obtrusive to the detriment of the appearance of the area. The proposal is therefore to the detriment of the appearance of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 199.
2 (2) The proposed gabled roof, in area where hipped roofs predominate, would be detrimental to the appearance of this pair of semi detached properties and the wider area. The proposal is, therefore, contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
3 (3) The submitted plans do not show the proposed development and its relationship to the site boundary and neighbouring property.
4 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
