# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) Notwithstanding the details provided on the submitted drawings and illustrations, approval of the exact details of the design, materials and external appearance of all windows and the door shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority prior to the development being commenced. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials and that the sliding sash windows and door are constructed of wood.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve and enhance the special character of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policy ENV10 of the council's Local Plan.
4 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2, ENV10 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
