2 (2) The aluminium rainwater goods are to be in a dark colour to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of the appearance of the development in the locality.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan.
