# Condition Details
1 (1) The Council consider that the proposed two storey extension, by virtue of its scale and massing, constitutes an overdevelopment of the site which would have an adverse effect on the amenities of the area and neighbouring properties.
2 (2) It is considered that the proposed two storey extension by virtue of its size and forward projection would have a detrimental effect on the street scene. The proposal is therefore contrary to policies GEN1 and H10 of the Council's adopted Local Plan.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
