# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 REASON FOR DECISION: The main test in determining the acceptability of this proposal is whether it preserves or enhances the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. Properties in close proximity to this site display a variety of window designs including uPVC replacement windows. It is considered that the proposed development would have a neutral impact upon the Conservation Area.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2, ENV1 & ENV4 were relevant to this decision.
