1 REASON FOR DECISION:The proposed development due to its size and location would constitute an unwelcome obtrusive feature and in close proximity to residential property the perceived fear of risks to health would be likely to have a detrimental impact upon amenity. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN 1 and SER 5 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
