| 1 | (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2 | (2) The works hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the plans and specifications hereby approved. |
| 3 | (3) No works shall commence for the demolition of the greenhouses until an archaeological recording of the greenhouses and associated cold frames has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the greenhouses shall be carefully dismantled, retaining and making good existing levels on the site. REASON: In order to provide a permanent record, enable clear interpretation of the site and to avoid the loss of any associated garden archaeology. |
| 4 | (4) The demolition works hereby consented to shall not be undertaken before a contract has been let for the carrying out of the redevelopment of the site, namely the proposed environmental enhancement of Valley Gardens which requires the demolition, and planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment for which that contract provides. |
