# Condition Details
1 The design of the proposed dwelling is not in keeping with the character of this section of the Conservation Area. The proposal will not preserve or enhance the appearance of the Conservation Area and is contrary to Policy ENV4 of the Council's adopted Local Plan. The proposal is considered unacceptable in highway safety terms in that the vehicular access to the proposed dwelling is unsatisfactory by virtue of its narrow width and lack of footways.
