2 (2) The land shall be soiled and seeded to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority following the demolition of the houses. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area.
