# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The post supporting the box should be placed centrally in a concrete foundation 300mm square and with the surface flush with the grass, should the post be on a grassed area. REASON: To facilitate future ground maintenance.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area.
