# Condition Details
1 The proposed two-storey development would infill an important gap between two dwellings where the space between the dwellings is important feature of the street scene. The proposal would be detrimental to the appearance of the area and set an unwelcome precedent for similar proposals within this residential cul de sac. It is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
