# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The building hereby approved shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31 January 2010 unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 (3) The container hereby approved shall be painted in a colour agreed by the Local Planning Authority within one month of being brought to the site and thereafter maintained as such. REASON: In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The container is for storage of football equipment, goal posts etc. which are difficult to move from one part of the site to another on a regular basis. It will be located behind a hawthorn hedge in a similar location to the container on the rugby pitch. It will be visually unobtrusive.
5 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and L5 were relevant to this decision.
