# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before 13 July 2005, unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The shop unit has been empty for some time. This proposal is for short term use whilst other accommodation is being organised. Consider that this an acceptable short term use which brings the shop back into use.
