| 4 | (4) No boundary walls/fences shall be erected at the site without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity. |
| 5 | (5) No domestic paraphernalia including the installation of washing lines shall be installed/erected within the curtilage of the dwellings hereby approved unless first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity. |
| 6 | (6) Details of a method to obscure glaze the windows within the eastern elevation of the northernmost dwelling shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented in its entirety and thereafter maintained. REASON: In the interests of residential amenity. |
| 7 | NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2, LD1, T6 and H3 were relevant to this decision. |
| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Local Plan. |
