| 6 | (6) Details of boundary walls and fences shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority and installed prior to the first occupation of any of the dwellings hereby approved and thereafter maintained. REASON: In the interests of visual and residential amenity. |

| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within the limits to development as set out in the Council's Local Plan. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's Local Plan. |
