| 2 | REASON FOR DECISION:This behaviour unit already operates within the main school building. However in order to free up general classroom space which is not being used efficiently because of the nature of this use the school want to operate the unit from this building. This will not require any additional staff. The unit as a stand alone building will be basically self-sufficient and will not require pupil movements throughout the day apart from lunch times etc. I do not consider the use will have any impact on residential occupiers and is considered acceptable. |
