# Condition Details
1 (1) The scheme by reason of its size and location would constitute an undesirable form of development and would have a detrimental impact upon the living conditions of the occupiers of residential properties to the rear of the application site. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy GEN1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 (2) The scheme, if approved would constitute an overdevelopment of the site whereby car parking and manouevring space would be severely restricted to the detriment of highway safety and would likely lead to further congestion.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and IND4 were relevant to this decision.
