1 (1) The proposed development due to its size, siting and location would appear both cramped and incongruous to the detriment of the appearance of the area and as sich is contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1, H3 and H4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 (1) The proposed development due to its size and location would result in a fence enclosure of the adjacent property 20 Westfield Road, Normanby to the detriment of the living conditions the occupiers may be reasonably expect to enjoy. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1, H3 and H4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
