# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The building hereby approved shall only be sited in this location from 1st April until 30th September in any year and the land restored to its former condition outside those months. REASON: The development in such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and TO2 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is considered to be appropriate within this existing entertainments area. It would not have an adverse impact on the character and amenity of the area. The application does not raise issues in respect of crime prevention or adversely effect highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Local Plan.
