# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed extension due to its size, design and location would constitute an unduly obtrusive feature detrimental to the appearance of both the building and the locality as a whole and as such is contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 (2) The proposed development would result in loss of privacy by way of overlooking to the detriment of the amenities adjacent residential occupiers might reasonably expect to enjoy. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
