# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The building(s) hereby approved shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 7 September 2014, unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 (3) The changing facility units shall be painted in a colour to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date of their installation. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the area.
4 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1 and GEN2 were relevant to this decision.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's Local Plan.
