# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The fence hereby approved shall be painted in a colour to be agreed by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter applied within 2 months of the erection of the fence and thereafter maintained. REASON: In the interests of the appearance of the locality.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and IND4 were relevant to this decision.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial/warehousing purposes. The design and siting of the development takes account of the principles set out in the supplementary guidance in the Local Plan. The proposal therefore accords with the Council's adopted Local Plan.
