REASON: To ensure that existing trees/hedges on and adjacent to the site which are to be retained, are protected from vehicles and works involved in the construction of the development. |
| 6 | (6) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that order) no alterations or enlargements to the roof shall be carried out without the express consent of LPA. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the development. |
| 7 | (7) Prior to development commencing details of a tree planting scheme shall be submitted to and agreed with Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the area. |
