| 5 | (5) Before the development hereby approved is first brought into use, provision shall be made for the parking of two vehicles within curtilage of the site in accordance with a scheme to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and such provision shall thereafter be retained. REASON: To ensure that adequate on-site car parking provision is maintained. |
| 6 | (6) Details of boundary / walls and fences shall be submitted for approval writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented in its entirety prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby approved and shall thereafter be retained. REASON: In the interests of amenity. |
