# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) Before any works commence in pursuance of this permission, details and / or samples of all new and / or salvaged materials including bricks, windows and doors and railings, to be used in the works shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building.
3 (3) All existing and new brickwork is to be constructed / repaired / re-pointed in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the commencement of the approved works. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building.
4 (4) The repairs to the bay windows and the flat sash windows shall be carried out in strict accordance with a schedule of work and method statement to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the approved works commence. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building.
5 (5) Before any works commence in pursuance of this permission, full details of all new doors and windows shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Trickle vents shall not be fitted to the windows or doors. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building.
6 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
