| 4 | (4) Details of the scheme for the demolition, reinstatement and after use of the site of the existing school shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. | 5 | (5) Details of the proposed car parking, cycle parking and dropping off areas shall be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implelemted in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 6 | (6) New dischathe of foul and surface water must be on separate systems and surface water runs off from any buildings and outdoor courts, pitches and playing areas must be prevented from entering the public sewerage system. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 7 | (7) Prior to the commencement of development a Community Use agreement shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall include details of pricing policy, hours of use, management and maintenance. The plan shall then be implemented upon commencement of use of the facility. The detailed design of all sports facilities shall accord with Sport England Technical Design Guidance. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 8 | (8) Prior to commencement of development a scheme to ensure the continuity of community use of the sports facilities during construction works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall then be implemented upon the commencement of development. REASON: To ensure that adequate facilities are available during the construction period |
| 9 | (9) The detailed scheme shall provide for at least equivalent quality and quantity of playing fields, and equivalent number of community accessed pitches. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 10 | (10) Prior to the commencement of development a detailed assessment of playing field quality shall be undertaken by a Sport England approved contractor. A detailed drainage and maintenance scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
