| 5 | (5) The dwelling hereby approved shall not be occupied until the vehicle parking shown on the submitted plans has been provided and vehicle turning space has been provided to enable vehicles to leave in forward gear and shall thereafter be retained. REASON: In the interests of highway safety. |
