| 2 | (2) Approval of the details of the siting, design, and external appearance of the building(s), the means of access thereto and the landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To reserve the rights of the Local Planning Authority with regard to these matters. |
| 3 | (3) Details of the boundary means of enclosure shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Autority before development commences and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 4 | (4) Details of the scheme for the demolition, reinstatement and after use of the site of the exitsing school shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 5 | (5) Details of the proposed car parking, cycle parking and dropping off areas shall be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 6 | (6) New discharges of foul and surface water must be on separate systems and surface water run off from any buildings and outdoor courts, pitches and playing areas must be prevented from enetering the public sewerage system. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 7 | (7) Prior to the commencement of development a Community Use agreement shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The agreement shall include details of pricing policy, hours of use, management and maintenance. The plan shall then be implemented upon commencement of use of the facility. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 8 | (8) Prior to the commencement of development a detailed assessment of playing field quality shall be undertaken by a Sport England approved contractor. A detailed drainage and maintenance scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. | 9 | (9) The detailed design of all sports facilities shall accord with Sport England Technical Design Guidance. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 10 | (10) Prior to commencement of development a scheme to ensure the continuity of community use of the sports facilities during construction works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The plan shall then be implemented upon the commencement of development. REASON: To ensure that adequate sports facilities are available at all times. |
