REASON: To reserve the rights of the Local Planning Authority with regard to these matters. |
| 3 | (3) The building hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the existing means of vehicular access to it has been closed off and vehicular access thereafter shall only be by way of the means of access shown in the details referred to in condition 2 above. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
