# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) Prior to the commencement of the development details of the means of enclosure of the area, including boundary treatment or barrier to prevent overspilling into additional areas, shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The approved means of enclosure shall be provided at all times that the external seating area is in use. REASON: In the interests of pedestrian safety.
