# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The building hereby approved shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 16 May 2008, unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 (3) The storage container hereby approved shall be painted in a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority within one month of its siting and thereafter maintained as such. REASON: In the interests of amenity of the area.
