# Condition Details
(1) The permission hereby granted is valid only for 10 years from the date of this permission and the development shall be removed from the site before this consent expires and the site restored to its former condition before that date, unless the prior written consent of the local planning authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: To allow the local planning authority to reassess the need for the development in the longer term.
(2) The development hereby approved shall only be carried out in strict accordance with the detailed specifications and plans comprised in the application hereby approved unless otherwise with the prior written agreement of the local planning authority. REASON: To avoid doubt.
(3) Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved, full details of the external colouring of the mast, antenna, microwave dishes and equipment cabin shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The mast, antenna, microwave dishes and equipment cabin shall be coloured in accordance with the approved details and thereafter be so maintained. REASON: The local planning authority is anxious to ensure that the materials used will be in character with the materials in general use in the area.
(4) No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority a scheme of landscaping, which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development. REASON: In the interest of the satisfactory appearance of the development in the wider landscape.
(5) All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the local planning authority gives written consent to any variation. REASON: In the interest of the satisfactory appearance of the development in the wider landscape.
(6) The development hereby granted shall only be used in connection with the Public Safety Radio Communications Project and for no other purposes without the prior written approval of the local planning authority. REASON: This development is only considered satisfactory if it is necessary to serve the needs of the emergency services.
