# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The building(s) hereby approved shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 30 November 2007, unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 (3) Prior to the building hereby permitted being used, a scheme for the planting of two trees shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented in its entirety and thereafter retained. REASON: In the interests of amentiy.
