# Condition Details
1 (1) The proposed first floor extension due to its size and location would be detrimental to the living conditions of the occupiers of the adjoining, 64 Muriel Street, by way of loss of outlook and enclosure. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
2 (2) The proposed external staircase due to its location would result in loss of privacy by way of overlooking at the adjoining dwelling, 68 Muriel street, that would be detrimental to the amenities they may reasonably expect to enjoy. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies GEN 1 and H10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
3 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2 and H10 were relevant to this decision.
