| 7 | (7) There shall be no deliveries to the store and no unloading should take place within the service area between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00 Monday's to Saturday's / and 20:00 and 08:00 Sunday's. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of nearby residents. |
| 8 | (8) Details of fencing/railings to be installed including the enclosure of the campactor unit shall be submitted to and agreed with LPA prior to development commencing and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 9 | (9) The finished levels of the car park adjacent to the properties on Lodge Road / Highfield Road shall not exceed the existing levels. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 10 | (10) Noise from the new refrigeration and air conditioning units shall not contribute more than 3 dBA to the existing background noise levels when measured at one metre from the façade of any adjacent dwelling when calculated as Leq 10 min. | 11 | (11) Before development commences details of the proposed lighting to the car park and pedestrian areas shall be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the area. |
