# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) Details of materials to be used on the external elevations of the development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development being commenced. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
3 (3) The rooflight to be installed in the rear elevation shall be of a 'conservation type', details of which to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority before development commences. REASON: In the interests of the appearance of the building.
4 (4) The new windows to be installed shall be of timber construction with a painted finish. REASON: In the interests of the appearance of the building.
5 NOTE: Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Policies GEN1, GEN2, ENV4, ENV10 & ENV13 were relevant to this decision.
