| 1 | (1) The development to which the permission relates must be begun not later than: i) The expiration of five years from the date of the grant of outline planning permission, or ii) If later, the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 92 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2 | (2) Approval of the details of the design, and external appearance of the building(s), the means of access thereto and the landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To reserve the rights of the Local Planning Authority with regard to these matters. |
| 3 | (3) The premises shall not be used for any purposes other than a purpose within Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or an equivalent provision to the Class in any Statutory Instrument revoking or re-enacting that Order. REASON: The Local Planning Authority would wish to give further consideration to other uses within the specified Class(es) in the location. |
| 4 | (4) No part of the site shall be used for external storage without the prior approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 5 | (5) The premises shall be used only between the hours of 0700 and 1800 each day. REASON: To protect local amenity. |
| 6 | (6) Prior to the commencement of use hereby approved a scheme for boundary treatment shall have been submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved scheme implemented and thereafter maintained. REASON: In the interests of the amenity and highway safety. |
