1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) A detailed materials schedule together with joinery and mortar details shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing prior to the commencement of the development hereby given consent. The approved scheme shall be implemented in its entirety. REASON: To safeguard the appearance and character of the listed building.
