| 5 | (5) All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the occupations of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory implementation of the approved scheme in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 6 | (6) Before the development hereby approved is first bought into use, traffic calming measures shall be constructed both to the existing and proposed highways including the junction with Wilson Street, in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory form of development. |
| 7 | (7) Before development commences details of the boundary means of enclosure shall be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter installed in accordance with the agreed scheme.
