| 4 | (4) Restoration of the land along the route of the pipeline shall be carried out within twelve months of the completion of the laying of the pipeline in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to completion of the work. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area. |
