# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) This permission relates only to the amended plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 9 October 2000. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 (3) The building hereby approved shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31 October 2004, unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained to an extension of the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
4 (4) Details of the external finishes of the building hereby approved shall be submitted for approval by the Local Planning Authority in writing. The approved finishes shall be implemented in their entirety and thareafter maintained. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity.
