Tel 01429 523458 Fax. 01429 523477) and shall afford access at all reasonable times to the archaeologist and shall allow him/her to observe the excavations and record items of interest and finds. REASON: The site is of archaeological interest. |
| 4 | (4) Before any works commence in pursuance of this permission, details and/or samples of all new and/or salvaged materials to be used in the external elevations, for the roof coverings and for all hard surfaces, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. REASON:To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building. |
| 5 | (5) The roofs are to be re-clad in salvaged or new traditional clay pantiles a sample of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the development is commenced. REASON:To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building. |

| 8 | (8) All rainwater gutters and pipes are to be cast iron. | 15 | (15) A ramp is to be substituted for the proposed steps leading to the private right of way between the rear gardens of Nos. 72 and 76/78 High Street. REASON:In the interest of the amenities of the occupants of adjacent residential properties, the appearance of the development in the locality and the settings of this and adjacent listed buildings. |
| 16 | (16) The rear extensions shall not obstruct any existing or remaining private right of way.
