# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of FIVE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) Full details of all materials, including doors, windows, rooflights and rainwater goods to be used on external elevations of the development, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced. REASON: In the interests of protecting the settings of the Listed Building and of the appearance of the development in the locality.
